Inspired by Nature was a special book for this publisher. The authors are very well-known in the early education industry, and they wanted a heavily designed piece with tons of photos, callouts, special text sections, and illustrations running throughout.

To keep the rather small chapters distinguishable from each other, I chose to assign each chapter its own color scheme that complimented the opening spread photo. This helped keep each section from blending into the next. Since there was a lot happening in this book, I chose to let certain areas breathe, (such as the "Ponderment" or "Embellishment" sections) so it wouldn't be so overwhelming to the reader, but allowed for more heavily designed pages running throughout.
